WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The 2021 Celani Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is tremendously aromatic with fresh cranberries, strawberries, pomegranates, and rose petals in cream. Hints of fresh-cut flowers, bread toast, and citrus peel add further dimension to this delicate yet fragrant wine. The mouth has great palate weight, but at the same time remains lithe and graceful. With lively red fruit flavors, a great sense of balance and a long crisp finish I would drink this delicious wine over the next 2 years.–Mark Herold, Winemaker
