“Il Cascinone” Asti DOCG – charming sparkling sweet wine created by winemakers from Muscat grapes that grow in the vineyards in the southern province of Asti, in the hills of Alto Monferrato. The soil is made up of vineyards, clay and limestone, the density of planting – 4000-4500 vines / ha. After manual harvesting, the berries are subjected to careful pressing. Fermentation using yeast conducted under strictly controlled temperature steel pressure tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is stopped by cooling, after which the sparkling wine is filtered to obtain a rich, natural sweetness.
Sparkling wine “Il Cascinone” Asti DOCG is an excellent aperitif and a distinct addition to all kinds of desserts.
