“Valle Cupa” – dry red wine that is produced from a blend of grape varieties Negroamaro and Primitivo, grown in the vineyards of the Italian province of Puglia. It is dominated by chalky soil. Successor Marcello son Salvatore worthily continued his father’s work, focusing on the production of quality wines under the brand name “Apollo”. His sons, Marcello and Massimiliano, in 1995, inherited his father’s business and his work ethic and implemented an ambitious policy start to move forward, beyond national borders. Massimiliano having a diploma oenologist and professional experience internships in various wineries in Italy, France and Spain, is now an advisor to the Association of Italian winemakers and Vice President Tasting Committee DOC wines in the Chamber of Commerce of Lecce. Marcello is responsible for marketing and relations with foreign markets.
