The wine is dark cherry red color with a black hue.
Taste
Well-structured wine with medium body attracts school, nice refreshing taste with a good balance of acidity and smooth, expressive tannins. Lingering aftertaste observed nuances of red fruits and chocolate.
Aroma
In a complex, intense bouquet of wine among the flavors of black and red fruits are clearly seen tones of cherry, strawberries and figs combined with balsamic hints, notes of pepper, bay leaf, nutmeg, smoke, mocha and dark chocolate.

Wine “Arboleda” Carmenere produced from the past rigorous selection Carmenere grapes grown in the Colchagua, 200 km south of Santiago. The region is characterized by rainy winters and dry summers. Carmenere vines were planted in 1997 in deep, loamy soils typical of the Colchagua Valley. Vertical planting technique and drip irrigation allow strictly monitor the achievement of the harvest balance and limit it.
Harvested in the first half of May and only manually. Grapes are carefully sorted using a table. Then made maceration and fermentation at a temperature of 26-28 ° C in stainless steel tanks. During fermentation, 3 times a day carried wort pumping. Wine harvest in 2012 was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 20% were new. Storage capacity of wine is 5 years.
