Pasqua, Amarone della Valpolicella DOC – a nice Italian wine, created from a blend of varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Korvinone Negrar. This wine is obtained from berries collected from the best grapes. The grapes are placed in wooden boxes for three months, so that it dried up and turned into raisins. Dried berries are crushed and left to ferment for 25-30 days. Then compressed and placed in steel containers, where malolactic fermentation occurs. Then the wine gets in small oak barriques, which matures 18-20 months and 3-4 months in the bottle.
