The taste of wine is full bodied, fresh, round, balanced, with attractive hints of fennel, notes of white fruit and white flowers, long aftertaste.

The aroma of wine reveals complex fruity tones, hints of dried apricot, attractive notes of acacia flowers white and light nuances of hazelnuts.
Gastronomy
The wine is the perfect accompaniment fish dishes, such as bream with lemon confit, monkfish baked with herbs, dishes of white meat, such as pork tenderloin stuffed with dried apricots and peppers, risotto with seafood.
Dry white wine Chateau de Marjolet, Cotes du Rhone AOC Blanc made from grapes of two varieties – Russan and Viognier, grown on clay-limestone soils. The average age of the vines is about 25 years. It harvested mechanically. The wine is made by direct compression. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out, which allowed the wine to retain maximum freshness and acidity.
