Duche des Papes, Chateauneuf-du-Pape – the classic wine of the Châteauneuf-du-Pap region. It is beautiful both at a young age and after a long exposure. Its blend is made by varieties Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Senso. Grapes undergo traditional fermentation at a controlled temperature with daily lowering of the “cap” from the pulp rising to the surface. After fermentation, the wine is aged 2 years in concrete tanks.
