Pink dry wine Florian Mollet, Sancerre Rose is made from Pinot Noir, which is grown on clay-limestone soils of the vineyard “Clos du Roc”. The vineyard is located in the Sancerre region, on the slopes of Menetreol. Total area of the vineyard is about 15 hectares, the average age of the vines – 35 years.
