The wine is made from Garnacha grape grown on old vines at an altitude of 800 meters in the Ribera de Cailes area. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC. Subsequent maceration lasts 14 days. The aging of wine in French oak barrels lasts 5 months.
