Taste
The taste of wine is intense, enveloping, with an oily texture, soft acidity, fruity hints of Brioche and spices and a pleasant, long vanilla aftertaste.
Aroma
Elegant, voluminous aroma of the wine is filled with distinct tones of Duchess, followed by notes of coconut pulp, banana, pineapple, mango, vanilla, Brioche buns.

“Rocky Coast” – a premium line of wines of the economy with the same name. The first wines of “Rocky Coast” are made from grapes with vines aged 10 years. Winemakers have been waiting for ideal conditions for a long time to create their honest debut wine. It tells about the local terroir better than words.
“Rocky Coast” Chardonnay is made from grapes grown on rocky soil, consisting of the remains of shells, molluscs and fish that lived here millions of years ago, and giving the grapes “old world” notes. Harvested by hand at the end of August, destemmed, gently crushed and pressed. The resulting wort is clarified by settling and fermented: 60% in stainless steel tanks, 40% in new barriques and a ton of French oak, followed by aging there on yeast lees for 12 months. Wine storage potential is 5-7 years.
The symbol of wine is a large owl – the most powerful and strong bird of the surviving species of owls. The eagle owl lives on the territory of the winery, in nearby forests and in the Utrish reserve. It is listed in the Red Book as a species that is declining in numbers. His wise look and imposing appearance inspired winemakers to a thoughtful Chardonnay , aged in an oak barrel.
